Mr. THAN Phanith is a Founder of CBL and attorney at law (2005- now), He graduated Bachelor of Law at NORTON University in 2002 and a Master of Law at Royal university of law and economics in 2004. He has experience as a lawyer in the anti-corruption unit in 2005. He obtained certificated d' Aptitude de profession d' Avocate from the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He has years of experience in his field of expertise. Phanith had been leading lawyer in well known cases representing clients before the court relating to civil and criminal matters. Area of expertise: Litigation, Dispute resolution, Commercial and business law.

Mr. MAM Rithea is a Co-Founder of CBL and attorney at law (2008-now). Rithea has a Bachelor's Degree in Economic Science, a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) and Master of Laws (LL.M) from the Royal University of Law and Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the Institute of Foreign Language, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He served as a Legal Consultant at United Nations, Witness and Expert Support Unit (Wesu), Extra Ordinary Chambers in The Courts of Cambodia (ECCC), Attorney at Law at Cambodia Law Firm (CLF), Lawyer at HTG (Cambodia) Construction Co., Ltd and Legal Consultant at Cambodia Security Exchange (CSX). Area of expertise: Litigation, Dispute resolution, business law, Family and marriage.

Mr. NAK Puthea, attorney at law (2015-now). Puthea is a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He has a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) and Master of Laws (LL.M) from the Royal University of Law and Economics and Thai Program at the Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2016. Area of expertise:Litigation, business law, land law, and Family & marriage.

Mr. LY Sok Ratana, attorney at law (2016-now). He is a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He has degrees both in Master & Bachelor of Law specializing in Private Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics, Cambodia. He is currently a member of Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Corporation, Family & Marriage Group.
