Currently, CBL has the head office in Phnom Penh and Branch office located in Siem Reap.

Moreover, CBL also provides advice and legal representation in the civil and criminal courts, relating to domestic disputes and international.

Our practices group has the experience, knowledge, and experiences in advising and assisting local and international clients to start up investment, business registration and dissolution including Private and Public Limited companies and Partnership, ongoing corporate changes including share transfer, capital increase, change of the Board of Directors and amendments to Articles of Incorporation, drafting shareholder and joint venture agreements and filing in Cambodia.

Labor and Industrial Relations:

Our team has experience and expertise in the field of employment and labor-related issues. We provide legal advice on the enforcement of labor contracts, internal rules, labor contract terminations, etc. Our practices group services such as labor compliance labor registration, HR strategic & management advice, and employment policies. We also provide services including obtaining work permits, and Employment Cards (Workbook) in Cambodia.
